Coach Mark is phenomenal, explains everything very well. Not just getting taught the physical moves to make but also the Science and strategy behind it.
The classes are well rounded. I walked in there my 1st very intimidated and didn’t know what to expect. I was pleased to quickly learn that all the other “students” are all very friendly, warm and welcoming. No tough guy egos, everyone helps each other.

I drive almost and hour to class and pass by many other BJJ facilities, nothing compares to Renzo Gracie Academy Milford. I look forward to growing my skills and myself here.
